The core flower essence in the Will center formula is Vine. The authority flower. “From leading to being led.”

We paired Vine up with other essences to balance out too much will power and no will power. In doing this one learns that the essence of true leadership is not to demand obedience from others, but rather to have an inner obedience to a higher spiritual teacher. This helps one to realize that true spiritual service is the essence of authentic leadership. When one learns this, there is no need to “prove” to others.

It is important for me to rest. Rest allows me to recharge my willpower. I honor the promises that I make. I make deliberate promises and understand that people expect me to keep my promises. I am gentle with my expectations of others. Not everyone can just do the things that I do.

I enter into all agreements according to my Human Design Strategy. I make promises and commitments very carefully and deliberately, and only according to my Human Design Strategy. I have nothing to prove and I value myself deeply. I fearlessly ask to be paid what I am worth.
