The main essence I was guided to use for this blend is Aspen. Aspen is used when there is any unknown fear or anxiety and apprehension. For many with collective circuitry there can be many underlying fears holding one back from fully expressing their mastery. Along with the other essences in this blend such as Walnut for inner stability, this assist in easing the urge to leap when bored which can steer one away from mastery.
