We paired Water Violet with other essences, to allow the hermit to be able to integrate the information it needs to in a manner that is sufficient to them, but also finds the balance of being alone to integrate it and not falling into despair trying to get away from everyone, for just wanting to be alone. It brings about the balance and inner wisdom and patience needed for the hermit to keep it’s nervous system in check and integrate the information that needs to be.
